ARE YOU READY TO EARN YOUR STRIPES?

Without goals we lack motivation, direction and results. This is why at Up & Outdoor Fitness we make goal setting a priority! We make sure you achieve your results!

Our proven EARN YOUR STRIPES system is what makes our bootcamp better than any other training classes around, we are a results based bootcamp and our team of trainers will provide you with all the tools that you need to make sure you achieve your results.

When you join we put you through some basic fitness tests. These tests are completed every 6-8 weeks.

To earn your first stripe: (Black t-shirt) – Initial results stage

You must improve on all your Fitness tests scores:

To earn your second stripe (electric green t-shirt) – Progression stage 1

You must improve on 3 or more of your current best scores

To earn your third stripe (charcoal grey t-shirt) Progression stage 2

You must improve on 3 or more of your current best scores

To earn your fourth stripe (Electric orange t-shirt) Progression stage 3

You must improve on 3 or more of your current best scores

To earn your 5th Stripe (Green and white medal) – Maintenance stage

We will take an average of all of your individual fitness tests scores up until now and you will have to beat the average on all of your current scores not once but twice!

To earn your mud run t-shirt (black with a brown boot)

You must complete a team mud run event

To earn your 5km run t-shirt (sapphire blue t-shirt v neck for women and crew neck for men)

You must complete a full 5km run in one go, this can be a team event, or proven through a screen shot of your app, watch or tracker)

To earn your 10km run t-shirt (purple v neck women, Burgundy crew neck men)

You must complete a full 10km run in one go, this can be a team event, or proven through a screen shot of your app, watch or tracker)
