Where Do We Meet For Bootcamp?
Winter Location: During the winter months, we meet near the clubhouse floodlit car park at Jubilee Fields — easy to find and well-lit.
Summer Location: In the summer, we move up to the top sports field at Jubilee Fields. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the car park — just follow the path and look out for our branded Bootcamp van!
We’ll always be visible and ready to welcome you when you arrive. Any questions, feel free to reach out!
Do I Need To Attend All Classes?
You don’t need to attend every single session — but we recommend at least 3 classes per week to see great results
That said, you’re welcome to join as many sessions as you like! We offer a flexible timetable with class times to suit every lifestyle — whether you’re:

We’ve got something for everyone.
No need to double up on sessions in one day — show up, train hard, and give your body the rest it needs to recover and get stronger.

What Time Should I Arrive?
For your first session, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can say hello, get you signed in, and show you what to expect.
After your first time, just make sure to arrive promptly for the scheduled start time — we kick off on time and don’t want you to miss the warm-up!
What Should I Wear?
Our classes run outdoors all year round, so it’s important to dress appropriately for the weather.

In colder or wet conditions: Layer up and bring a waterproof jacket — we train rain or shine!

Footwear: Comfortable trainers are a must. If it’s muddy or wet, water-proof trail trainers are highly recommended for better grip.

Clothing: General sportswear or activewear that you can move in comfortably.

What Should I Bring With Me?

A bottle of water to stay well hydrated throughout the session.

An exercise mat, plus boxing pads and gloves if you have them — it’s more hygienic to use your own.
Don’t worry if you don’t have your own gear! The instructor will always have spare mats, boxing pads, and gloves available for you to use.
Come ready to work hard and have fun!
What Happens in Adverse Weather Conditions?
If it’s raining, we still train outdoors—rain or shine! ☔️
However, in cases of extreme weather like ice, snow, thunder and lightning, or a heatwave, we may either:

Move the session indoors (if a space is available), or

Cancel the session for everyone’s safety.
We’ll always keep you updated through our “fitness hub app” so you know what to expect.
Are You Outside All Year?
Yes! Our classes run outdoors all year round so you can enjoy the fresh air, natural light, and all the amazing benefits of training in the great outdoors.
How Does the Training Plan Work?
Our training programs run in 4-week cycles.

Week 1 is a “de-load week”, where we reduce the intensity of classes to allow your body to recover.

This periodized approach helps keep you progressing safely all year round while reducing the risk of injury.
It’s a smart way to build strength and endurance without burning out!
Am I Fit Enough?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities.

Not a fan of running? No problem! We always offer a walking option as an alternative cardio.

Do You Have a Pay-As-You-Go Option?
We do not offer a pay-as-you-go option. Our bootcamp is results-focused and designed to work best with regular participation in classes.
We recommend our monthly membership or 7-day trial pass to get the most from your fitness journey!
Is There Free Parking?
Yes! There is plenty of free parking on site.

I Am Pregnant — Will These Classes Be Suitable?
Our bootcamp classes include HIIT, resistance training, boxing, and running, which can be quite intense. For this reason, we do not recommend these classes during pregnancy.
However, we do offer personal training that can provide a safe, tailored exercise plan designed specifically for you during pregnancy.

I Have An Injury Or Medical Condition — Will These Classes Be Suitable?
It depends on the nature of your injury or condition. Please get in touch with us so we can discuss your situation directly and advise you accordingly. We want to make sure you train safely and effectively!.
Can I Cancel Or Pause My Membership?
Once you’ve signed up to our monthly membership, we kindly ask for 30 days’ notice if you want to pause or cancel your membership. This helps us manage everything smoothly and continue providing the best experience for all our members..
Do You Run Classes During The Holidays? And Do I Need To Pause My Membership?
Yes — we run classes all year round as part of our ongoing 4-week training programme. We continue through most holidays, with just a few adjustments:
Bank Holidays: We still run a morning class, but there’s no evening session.
Christmas: We take a 2-week break over the festive period.
There’s no need to pause or change your membership — your monthly payments are already balanced across the year to account for this short break and any personal time off you may take. This way, you stay consistent without needing to make any changes!
