Great achievements:
In June 2015, Mandy completed Davina’s Big Sussex Bike Ride coming 1st in her age group over 40 miles. She also completed the 310km coast to coast three day mountain bike race and the 100km Oxfam Trail walk on the South Downs Way.

From school, through university and living across three continents, Mandy has always loved sport and exercise. In May 2016, following a 15 year career in the city, she decided to put that love to the test and retrain as a Personal Trainer.

Mandy understands how essential health and well-being are to leading a productive and fulfilling life and is excited to share her new knowledge with others.

Having been a dedicated bootcamp enthusiast for since 2015, Mandy knows the drill and is looking forward to continuing to deliver fun and challenging sessions!

Mandy also offers  a learn to run course which will get you running from 0km to 5km in just six weeks.
