Motivational quote: “Consistency is the key to success”
I believe there’s nothing more natural than training in the great outdoors and reaping all of the natural resources it has to offer.
From a young age I’ve always been involved in outdoor team sports, such as, playing competitive football for over 20 years, where I learnt that camaraderie and team spirit is incredibly important for mental wellbeing.
Since joining the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2005 I’ve been able to understand and learn the most successful training methods to guarantee results. This includes an effective exercise and nutritional programme.
I was inspired to make this new training method as fun and accessible as possible for my clients which they could fit into their busy schedules.
This is what spurred me on to start “Up and Outdoor Fitness” my outdoor group training bootcamp classes which guarantee results whilst enjoying your training.
