We believe that all children should have the chance to enjoy exercising. We run children bootcamp classes in primary schools across Sussex. We also run children’s bootcamp classes in the School holidays at our bootcamp venues.

The emphasis is on making the sessions fun and enjoyable for children of all abilities. The classes are aimed at encouraging children to interact with each other and improve their own individual fitness goals as well as working in a team.
Each session is adapted to suit the child’s age and ability.

Our team of trainers are fully qualified with Children’s fitness qualifications, DBS checks and are fully insured
