Starting the 28 Day Plan I was pretty nervous, I nearly even got back in the car but I’m so pleased I didn’t.

After a nasty back injury a few years ago, I’d slowly piled on the pounds and felt so uncomfortable. With the constant help and support from Paul over the past 28 days I’ve lost 12 and half inches in total and have improved on all my fitness tests. 

But better still, I feel great. I have much more energy and overall the healthiest I’ve felt in a long time. 

Thanks for all your help. Especially being so understanding with my annoying back.

After three children, with the last a c-section and piling on a few pounds in the process I decided that something needed to be done. I had tried dieting alone with minimal success and found myself in a bit of a rut both physically and mentally. 

Since starting bootcamp I have more energy and enthusiasm to get stuff done afterwards. I have lost 21lbs, 20inches and am the most toned I have ever been. 

Ive really enjoyed the social side of bootcamp and have made new friends. Paul has been amazingly supportive through the whole process and always finds new ways to challenge us. Thank you Paul

I started bootcamp four weeks ago having no energy and feeling really deflated with all the diets I had tried. Within a week I felt so much better and really buzzing after each session. I took pictures three weeks apart and can already see great results. I’ve lost 6.5 lbs and 6.5 inches in the first four weeks.

Before my first class I was concerned that I was not fit enough amongst many other worries. Paul was redicuously reassuring and kind and once I bit the bullet and took part in my first class I realised that everyone there had the same worries and no one cared how unfit or slow I was.

There was a great team camaraderie which really helped settle me in. I even took part in two Team Mud Run Events (fast walk in my case) and I have never been so chuffed to accomplish something physical
