Before my first class I was concerned that I was not fit enough amongst many other worries. Paul was redicuously reassuring and kind and once I bit the bullet and took part in my first class I realised that everyone there had the same worries and no one cared how unfit or slow I was.

There was a great team camaraderie which really helped settle me in. I even took part in two Team Mud Run Events (fast walk in my case) and I have never been so chuffed to accomplish something physical

I joined Up and Outdoor Fitness about a year ago as running and tennis weren’t making the impact I wanted and what a difference a year has made! After years of struggling with my weight and body shape I have dropped 2 dress sizes and now have great muscle definition. Paul and Mandy thanks for your expert training; if only I’d found you sooner. Im now sadly leaving as moving away but have become a committed bootcamp convert

I recently attended Paul’s boot camps to kick start some serious training for an Alpine mountain bike race. They were absolutely fantastic, fun and exactly what I needed! The boot camps made a great difference to my fitness and Paul’s methods were excellent as they focused on all parts of the body as well as general fitness, strength, quickness and agility. I cannot recommend these boot camps enough!
