Starting the 28 Day Plan I was pretty nervous, I nearly even got back in the car but I’m so pleased I didn’t.
After a nasty back injury a few years ago, I’d slowly piled on the pounds and felt so uncomfortable. With the constant help and support from Paul over the past 28 days I’ve lost 12 and half inches in total and have improved on all my fitness tests.
But better still, I feel great. I have much more energy and overall the healthiest I’ve felt in a long time.
Thanks for all your help. Especially being so understanding with my annoying back.
I’ve actually enjoyed exercise! Which is the first time in a long time I’ve been able to say that
