Meet the Trainer – Paul Snowsell
Founder & Personal Trainer, Billingshurst Bootcamp Head Coach
Paul Snowsell has been a personal trainer for over 17 years and has been running his much-loved outdoor Bootcamps in Billingshurst for more than 11 years.
Throughout his career, Paul has trained just about everyone – from complete beginners and school children to footballers, Olympic dressage riders, and ice hockey teams. His wealth of experience and dedication to the industry have earned him four fitness industry awards.
But what Paul is most passionate about is bringing people together to train outdoors. He’s built a fun, friendly, and supportive community Bootcamp where residents of Billingshurst can get fitter, stronger, and healthier – all while enjoying fresh air, social events, and a great sense of camaraderie.
Most recently, Paul expanded his offering by hosting his first Bootcamp retreat abroad – a luxury fitness getaway in a private villa in Tenerife, giving his members the chance to train, relax, and recharge in the sun.
In addition to group sessions, Paul also provides 1-to-1 personal training from his private studio in Billingshurst. His energy, experience, and genuine love for what he does are clear in everything he brings to the Bootcamp community.

Meet the Trainer – Sonia Burlow
Personal Trainer, Billingshurst Bootcamp Coach and Social Secretary
Sonia Burlow is a dedicated and energetic coach who brings her passion for fitness and people to every session at Billingshurst Bootcamp. Sonia is known for her positive attitude, supportive coaching style, and ability to get the best out of everyone – no matter their fitness level.
Whether she’s leading a high-energy circuit or guiding someone through their first ever Bootcamp session, Sonia creates a welcoming space where everyone feels encouraged and capable. She believes fitness should be enjoyable, empowering, and something to look forward to – and that shines through in every class she leads.
Sonia is also a big part of the Bootcamp community, always ready with a smile, motivation, and a chat after class. In 2025, she completed the London Marathon – a testament to her own dedication, resilience, and love of a challenge.
She’s an inspiration to the team and our members, and her presence helps make Billingshurst Bootcamp the fun, friendly, and supportive place it is today.
Sonia is also our official Social Secretary, and she loves planning fun events for our members – from socials and themed workouts to community get-togethers. Her energy extends beyond the training field, helping to build the strong, connected Bootcamp community we’re so proud of.

Meet Cara – the friendly face who’ll welcome you with a smile, push you to do your best, and keep the banter flowing while you train!
Cara brings fantastic energy to every session and truly loves what she does. Having started out as a Bootcamp member herself, she knows exactly what it’s like to be in your shoes – and uses that experience to create a fun, supportive environment where everyone feels included and motivated.
Her classes are full of energy, encouragement, and good humour. Whether you’re brand new or a regular, you’ll thrive off Cara’s passion and leave her sessions feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what you’ve achieved.
